ImproQuo run and host classes as part of our aim to get more people into comedy. We primarily run classes and courses in improv because it’s excellent as an introduction in to the world of performing comedy, and because they’re easy and fun.
Comedy Classes
Most of our classes are improv classes, they’re easy going and fun and usually run by one of our experienced team. In our courses you’ll gain insight into being a more flexible thinker and a better performer. As well, you’ll gain a great confidence boost from trying something new and stretching your abilities.

Dive deeper into creating great scenes through improvisation. Through methods like utilising character relationships and your environment, you'll learn how to carry and progress funny and engaging improv scenes.
Level 1 Improv Comedy Course: Basics
Take the first steps in learning to be funny with this 8-week improv comedy course. No experience necessary, get a taste of comedy acting with skills like spontaneity, character creation and being more agreeable.
The Comedy of Improv
Be more intentional about the "comedy" part of improv comedy. Dive deeper into some of the comedy devices in play when we perform in improvised scenes.
Level 2a Improv Comedy Course: Short-form
Take your improv chops to the performance level, whether or not you perform. A deep-dive into all of the different types of games that exist and how to perform them funny and perform them well.
Level 3 Improv Comedy Course: Scene Work
Dive deeper into creating great scenes through improvisation. Through methods like utilising character relationships and your environment, you'll learn how to carry and progress funny and engaging improv scenes.
Level 2b Improv Comedy Course: Long-form
Broaden your comedy improv horizons by exploring long-form improv comedy. Build nuanced characters and relationships, create interesting stories and take that next step further into comedy acting.
