This course is the third and final term of the narrative improv curriculum. Through this curriculum, we’ll be building up your understanding of plot, character and relationships.
This course will focus on performance, practice and putting together a show.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this course, you need to have completed Narrative Term 2 or a similar course elsewhere.
You can join this course if you’ve completed the Level 3 Improv: Scene Work course of the old curriculum.
What you’ll be doing in this Course
We’ll look at performing a longer, 45-minute short play. This will involve making use of different scene types, looking at different ways of moving from scene to scene and lots of practice. We’ll also explore different ways of setting up a narrative show, how you might explore different themes and ideas for getting suggestions from your audience.
Showcase Performance
There will be a live performance showcase at the end of this course.
